OSA Academy
Our football academy is improving year on year and since 2014 has seen more than 30 players sign contracts at Category 1 – Category 3 academies & professional contracts. It takes a lot of hard work to get to this level, and although we cannot guarantee you will get there, our unique coaching programme and the years of experience throughout our coaching team form part of a philosophy giving talented individuals the best possible opportunity.
All our sessions are delivered in an academy environment with our primary focus to develop every player’s talent, taking them to the next level by providing them with specialised coaching developing a number of core technical skills.
We provide the players with a comprehensive football education in all aspects, both on and off the field of play.
Giving all gifted players the opportunity to play at the highest possible level along with professional coaching provided by our highly qualified and experienced coaching staff.
We have links with many professional clubs in the UK and local area, when they are ready each player will get the opportunity to showcase their talent to these clubs.
Soccer Stars
Progressive & structured sessions for all 4-6 year olds.
Sessions are individual player focused with the introduction of appropriate skill development & physical literacy, whilst creating a fun & inspiring learning environment.

Development Sessions
Our Development sessions are held across Oxfordshire and open to all players between the ages of 6-11. All sessions are run in an academy based environment and aimed at developing technical expertise alongside on and off the ball decision making skills of every young footballer. Each Session is arranged into syllabus weeks and designed to suit the needs of the individuals involved with a good balance of training and playing time.
Pre JPL Sessions
Our Pre JPL sessions are aimed at players aged U6-U8s who are interested in preparing for Junior Premier League football.
Our first step on our JPL pathway providing structured sessions within a team environment. Sessions are designed around core technical aspects that you would expect to see within Pre Academy football.
1-1 & Small Group Coaching
OSAA's 1 to 1 and small group coaching programmes allows players to have a technically detailed and structured individual development programme based around their specific needs. For players aged 5-16 each programme will be developed to improve the individuals technical ability. Programmes can also be designed around football specific fitness sessions, using different physical exercises alongside technical ball work and ball mastery practices.
Programme lengths can vary and each individuals strengths and weaknesses will both be developed and enhanced by our highly structured individual programme focusing on key areas of the modern game
Junior Premier League
Our highest level team environment offering, where all skills are transferable through weekly training in to match day opportunities.

Team Coaching
We offer the opportunity for teams to develop their skills in a professional environment with our UEFA qualified coaches.
If your team is just starting out, looking for an extra push, or perhaps you may be looking to kick-start your pre-season, our coaches can design sessions to suit your team & individual players needs.
OSA Academy are a totally independent academy but we maintain very close links with professional clubs branching out further than just Oxfordshire.
We are here to help, support and encourage potential in young players. Every player in the academy will be treated fairly and provided with opportunities that they deserve.
