OSAA T's + C's


Talent ID Centre/Pre Academy


    1. Payment for the Talent ID Centre must be paid via standing order, cash or cheque either monthly (10th of each month) or at the start of each term. 

    2. If any outstanding balances are not received before the 15th players will incur a £2.50 late/admin fee. OSA Academy reserve the right to temporarily withdraw a player from their Talent ID Centre until all outstanding balances are paid off.

    3. Up to date payments allow players to be a part of the centre for that particular period, and players may be invited to participate in extra events such as games and tournaments.

    4. Refunds cannot be made in the event of bad weather, facility closures and other events that are out of our hands. However, we will always try to make up the session where possible.

    5. It is the parents/guardians sole responsibility to inform OSA Academy coaches of any special medical conditions or behavioural disorders, and any changes regarding this information. These should be clearly stated on the forms provided and they should be returned on the first session.

    6. OSA Academy coaches advise that shin pads are worn at all times during training for players safety. In the event of a player not having shin pads it will be at the sole discretion of the parent/guardian whether their son/daughter participates in that particular session. 




After School Clubs/Holiday Camps/Elite Feet


    1. Payment for the After School Club/Holiday Course/Elite Feet must be received before or on the date of the first session. Faliure to do so may result in your child's place on the course being withdrawn.

    2. Refunds cannot be made in the event of bad weather, facility closures and other events that are out of our hands. However, we will always try to make up the session where possible.

    3. It is the parents/guardians sole responsibility to inform OSA Academy coaches of any special medical conditions or behavioural disorders, and any changes regarding this information. These should be clearly stated on the forms provided and they should be returned on the first session.

    4. We advise that both shin pads and football boots are worn at all times where possible at our after school clubs & holiday camps. However, it is at the discretion of the parent/guardian and their sole responsibility to provide their son/daughter with these each session.
